History

RJ Hibbard is a U.S. Army veteran with an Associates degree in Kinesiology and is a certified physical therapist assistant from South University. RJ loves helping people reach their goals in therapy and helping them get back to doing what they love. RJ coaches part-time at CrossFit Cataclysm and enjoys competing in CrossFit as well as Olympic lifting. He enjoys watching other sports such as MMA, wrestling, hockey, and football.
